12 Week Fitness Challenge Rules

12 Week Fitness Challenge is a program designed to help people take that first step to better health and nutrition. We accomplish this by helping you with your daily nutrition, exercise/workouts and motivation.

All challengers are "Dunked" in a Hydrostatic Body Fat Dunk Tank. This is the most accurate & scientific way to figure out a person’s current body composition by giving you exact data on a person's lean body mass compared to their overall body fat.

We combine this data with your age & gender to formulate a challenging yet realistic 12 Week Fitness Challenge Goal!

Once the 12 Week Fitness Challenge Goal is set each challenger receives a complimentary Fitness & Nutrition Consultation with one of our Certified 12WFC Coaches. This consultation covers the proper nutrition and exercises designed to assist the challenger hit their 12 Week Fitness Challenge Goal!

12 Week Fitness Challenge will continue with Daily & Weekly updates that will help educate each challenger on Proper Nutrition, Exercise and Motivation!

Throughout the challenge our 12WFC Coaches will adjust the workout routines and nutrition plans to ensure that the challenger doesn't plateau and continues to "Burn the Fat". This personal touch and sense of community is one of the biggest reasons for the success of our program.

We continue with monitoring results by having each challenger "Dunk" at the Midway Point or 6 weeks. This allows the Challenger and 12WFC coaches to make any necessary adjustments over the final 6 weeks to ensure that the challenger hits their goal.
